Lucky Heer's Folder Costumization Pack is a freeware tool to select a picture for the
Folder's Background and set an icon for the Folder easily. It can be run fron anywhere in computer and change any folder background!

How to Install?
You do not need to install program, if you have required dll's and ocx's.
